Why is my Animal Crossing New Horizons save not being backed up in the save data cloud?

I have a Nintendo Switch Lite and want to send my Switch to be repaired tomorrow because my left joystick is no longer working well. Heard that if you send the whole console in for repair, the memory data will be lost. That's why I took a little bit of precaution and uploaded all the games I have to the cloud, etc. The only thing that bothers me is that Animal Crossing has not created a backup although the island backup is activated and I have an online membership.

No classic cloud backup is made for Animal Crossing, the island backup was set up for this. If you have activated this (as written by you), it should theoretically be secured
