It always depends on the game but with 1 hour a day that should be more than enough.
For most games you can expect 50-150MB per hour, but as I said, it always depends on the game. In games where many players are online at the same time like BattleRoyale or MMORPG's, the consumption is higher and there are also some other factors.

You have to be careful of automatic updates that are sometimes several GB in size. Without this you can't gamble online so it is a must.
