Xbox game bar recording no longer works?

I can no longer record anything with the Xbox game bar on Windows and it always says "Recording is not currently available. Please try again later."

There are 2 likely problems

1. The service to start recordings File Task is not executed correctly

Or

2. The graphics card can't handle it

-too old

-incorrectly set

-laptops with 2 graphics cards have this problem because the (correct) one was not used

These are just things that I know personally from the mistakes

But that worked in the past…

The laptop is actually only half a year old, because I bought myself for the start of vocational school in order to be able to work with it in the BS, and it actually always worked with the recording, but suddenly it no longer works…

Something like that can happen after days there are many reasons for it, but if you absolutely have to record nim "obs" because with so little information you can't say exactly what is wrong with you, maybe CHKDSK / F and SFC / SCANNOW will help
