I want to buy a thrustmaster T150 for my PS4 but I also have an xbox and there I have forza horizon. Can I use the steering wheel for forza horizon?

No, you can only use the Thrustmaster T150 on PS3 / 4 and PC. For the XBox, I would recommend the Logitech G920, which is a bit more expensive than the T150.
