Speedlink Drift OZ Xbox One S not working?

I bought a used steering wheel, the Speedlink Drift OZ. The previous owners assure me that it worked for you on the Xbox One.

I tried to play Forza Horizon 3 & 4 but the steering wheel does not respond. It always lights up red and when I keep "Mode pressed" it lights up green, but unfortunately it doesn't work.

Does anyone know why this is?

According to their own statement, this should not be compatible with XBox. See in the FAQ
