Xbox One Gold for Germany or England?

I set the location to England and the language to English on my Xbox. (To play Uncut games)

Now I wanted to ask if I have to buy Xbox Gold for England or Germany now? (My console is in Germany)

On the PS4 you can create an account depending on the country, which then accepts only the subscription available there. I can imagine that's exactly what it's like on the Microsoft console.

I have now bought for testing MMOGA 14 days of gold, has worked fine!
