GTA5 Online Xbox Score on PC?

I would like to transfer my GTA5 online game status from my Xbox to my PC. I have already connected the Xbox account to my SocialClub account, so everything should work. But when I go into GTA Online on my PC, the only thing that comes up is that I have to create a new character and I don't have access to my old one.
