Use Xbox account on 2 consoles?

Is it possible that I can use all of my games and gamepass on 2 consoles?

The background is the new Xbox Series X in the living room and the Xbox One in the bedroom. I would like to be able to continue playing on the Xbox One in the bedroom when my girlfriend is watching TV in the living room, for example! Or do you have to set up the consoles like when you share with the home console?

You can use 2 consoles with one account, but you can only be logged into one at the same time.

That means if one of them is playing on the XBOX1 and you want to log in to the XBOX2, the XBOX1 will be logged off.
