Remove Voicemod from output devices?

The picture actually explains everything, this is this xbox hub (Win + G) and I don't know how I can get voicemod out of it. And yes I have already uninstalled it but it is still there

Control Panel> Hardware and Sound> Sound> Recording> Right click it and "Disable"
