Xbox One S Backward Compatible Game Doesn't Load?

I currently wanted to download "Destroy all Humans".

It is currently in
Xbox Live Gold subscription free and backward compatible.
however, it just loads forever and nothing happens.

the Xbox never does, can someone help?
