Rocket League suddenly jerks?

Moin play Rocket League on the Xbox one x and since yesterday the game suddenly jerks, especially when I hit the walls.

My ping was actually mostly not that good for the last few days, but at the moment it's back to normal.

Does anyone know what might be the cause?

Are you downloading updates in the background? Or is your bandwidth used differently?

There can be many reasons for this, but first I would look away from the XBox itself and tap on the connection. Is it possible for you to use a LAN cable?
