Zsm gaming does not work Xbox one?

I can't join my colleagues in Resident Evil 6 and vice versa! Have tried everything… Have a Gigacube and it also works butterless elsewhere! It may not be because of this, please for further help.

It's probably the NAT type of you or your friend. If this is strict that in some games it doesn't work. You can test the NAT type by opening Gyde> system> Settings> General> Network settings> Test NAT type. I have the same problem and numerous YouTube tutorials did not help either…
