The Xbox One already uses a customized Windows 10 since a system update.
The special adaptation of the operating system and the games makes it possible to play reasonably quickly on relatively weak hardware. The coupling of hardware and game sales ensures that you can cross-subsidize the hardware.
If you would install an unadjusted Windows 10 on it, you would get instead of a console for current games too slow PC. Therefore, there are only attempts to run Linux on it.
Do you want a full Windows, you need a real PC, at least, if it should be powerful.
Therefore so far (except you) none had an interest in setting up Windows 10 in normal version on an XBox.
