XBox one on 2 monitors (forza)?

I've already read a lot here, but I can't find any more details.

I like to play forza 7 and soon get steering wheel pedals etc.

Now the question came to me because my desk goes over a corner, I'm hoping that I can look into the right side mirror on the right side. Somehow that's the stupid right angle otherwise blind spot: /

How did you solve it? Nen splitter does not help and a second console would not really be in my interest xD

Are there any other ideas? For example, Make picture smaller or something?

And the people who play with 3 screens also need 3 consoles? : /
