check that the correct connection is also connected to the television. That should be the one with the thread to screw on. The other is for cable television or terrestrial television.
check that the other end of the satellite cable (if there's one) is properly connected to the socket. That would have to be the middle connection. Also with thread to screw on
check the lnb settings on the television. As a rule, the universal LNB should be on.
if there's a mutli switch and there are several satellite positions e.g. Astra and türksat should ensure that the diseq settings are correct. Here you would have to ask the installer or operator of the system
make sure that the mutli switch, if there's one, works. As a layperson, you can only do this by checking whether electricity arrives at all
to align the bowl, i recommend renting an appropriate measuring device. A simple satellite finder would not necessarily be the means of my choice, since there are too many other signals that the thing recognizes as satellites.
