Nintendo Switch loss of value by opening the packaging + missing Joyconband?

Dear community,

I would like to buy a Nintendo Switch - the following fact:

It's about a Nintendo Switch in the limited Evoli Edition -
The seller opened the box once to show a customer that everything is there - so opening the box has already lost value -

In addition, a wrist strap for a Joycon is missing.

How does the loss of value affect here?
Does anyone know of a website / legal source for this?

PS: New purchase price in the store (no longer available as no longer manufactured) 379 EUR

Seller's offer 629 EUR (far exaggerated)

Much too exaggerated. I would take that for a sealed one. If something is missing, it reduces the value. Have you ever asked if the mew has already been used in the enclosed pokeball?

Br

A month ago, a dealer sold a sealed edition for 305 euro.

Thanks for the answer - yes, with the missing part, it is clear that the 629 are exaggerated too - I'm waiting for a response from the dealer about the price, etc.

If I don't have a good hint yet, I'll do it right away!

Damn it would have been perfect.
