Help my nintendo dsi?

When I turned my nintendo dsi on I was in the settings.

I tried to go to the dsi menu but it did not work.

I've already tried everything.

So I'm in the settings but I'm not in the dsi menu

Can someone help me then?

To say what could be the problem or to get into the menu, I would have to look at the times. Usually it is enough to press the home button to get into the menu.
