PS4 Pro unplayable on monitor, what to do?

I have always had my PS4 Pro on a TV and everything ran smoothly, looked good etc… Then I decided to connect it to my main monitor from the PC (I have 2 monitors, one with 60hz and the main monitor with 144hz) connected. Call of Duty runs fairly smoothly, but all other games are unplayable. They lag endlessly, so have low FPS, and they just look like spit. I've already tried it on both monitors, the same on both.
The Nintendo Switch and PS3 are exactly the same. Unplayable, bad graphics, low FPS. Have already tried several HDMI cables, please help…

Do you have any settings from the monitor?

tv

No, I just tried out the Nvidia setting in between, because I mainly gamble on PC.

th

Do you play in a higher resolution? That would explain the low frames.

tv

Not that either, I looked 20 times, set everything to 1080p and tried other resolutions.

Maybe reset the settings…

Ab

If gsync or free sync is switched on, which can lead to problems, a higher resolution is not possible, even if you connect your ps4 to an 8k tv, it does not output 8k, let alone that the games run in 8k

tv

Where can I look it up?

Ab

In your monitor settings in the monitor you can switch freesync or gsync on and off it could be that a faulty synchronization is causing your error

Ab

That is unlikely to even impossible. He describes that the error also occurs with the Nintendo Switch, but the Nintendo Switch can't do more than full HD so this can be ruled out
