I will soon build a gaming pc until now only gambled on laptop. Of course, a good monitor should be made for that, but it should not be too expensive either. 4k falls flat just because the fps with the pc will not be so famous there… Is namely a budget build. However, I'm more of the graphic people and more important than fps is the nicer graphics…
also to say that I want to gamble on the monitor not only pc, but also wants to connect my ps4 (in which I then ev also further away)
at the 24 "full hd monitor I would have the pc better fps, but just only full hd and only 24" (I like large monitors.). The small size would be a disadvantage when ps4 gamble when I sit further away.
at the 27 "wqhd monitor I would have the pc a little less fps but it ne nice graphics + a larger monitor → better for ps4 (that can only spend full hd because it's slim because I would be relatively no preference because I'm still sitting away… Then is full hd at 27 "quite feasible)
the price is no preference, as it is only about 50 euro difference and I would not care… 24 "would have 144hz and 27" only 75hz (144hz with wqhd is then a lot more expensive). Anyway, I do not think that would be worth 144 hz on wqhd at my pc (at least not so much that it justifies the extra charge)
So in short: smaller monitor with full hd (better performance) or bigger with wqhd (nicer graphics)
sry for the long text and thank you in advance for your answers.
I found this video today
This is my dream monitor.
You can also play Full HD on a 1440p monitor. I know. This smears a little better than low fps
Which PC will it be? Then you can orient the monitor.
I would be fine for the larger monitor.
If you have 75 Hz long, then grab the 27iger. I think you notice the difference clearly and not just in-game. Reasonable 27-inch WQHD displays with good response times and 144-165 Hz cost but just around 600 € rum. 27 inches with WQHD is imo on the computer usually the perfect size.
If you barely play games that really benefit from high frame rates (like shooters like CS: GO), then you're probably best off with a 75Hz WQHD monitor.
What I would definitely pay attention to is an IPS or VA panel, but that's also a matter of taste.
Which components should be installed in the PC? WQHD can certainly be too high on a budget build.
GTX 1060
i5 8400 or i5 8600
16GB RAM
Maybe AMD, then money should be left for ne Vega56.
I would still be for the 27Zöller
GTX 1060
i5 8400 or i5 8600
16GB RAM
I hope wqhd is doing well with such middle to higher resolutions… Depending on the game
to play ac, mc with shaders and mods (the good old minecraft.), one or the other set up (anno, the settlers, …),
because of the panel I would also prefer an ips or va, but so far have not found a 27 "monitor with wqhd and such a panel that moves in the price range… Maximum are 300 euro, so would be around 250 euro
The monitors that I'm looking at are the ASUS PB277Q or the iiyama G-Master GB2730QSU-B1 Silver Cow
they both have a tn panel
… Would the 2 fit in about or can you recommend something better for me?
Would the vega really be so much better, because I would get the gtx erwas cheaper (just over 200 euro)
https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/...3639vs3938
a good 50% better
Looks interesting, thanks! I'll probably consider too.
Ok, thanks! I'll probably take the vega.
The i5 are unfortunately not really recommended, if then it should be a K-variant that you can at least overclock.
Otherwise, I would grab a Ryzen 5 2600 or wait another month until the new CPUs are available.
The graphics card is definitely too weak for WQHD, I would grab because a Vega 56, you can get hold of just over 200 euro. That should then be enough for WQHD.
By the way, Minecraft with shaders can be really demanding, even if you do not believe that!
To monitor just look at miser with the filters under the category "Monitors". I can also watch it later, but I'm not currently on the road. But I'm sure that there's something under 250 euro.
Thank you in advance for the great help!
Hmm I've always been more focused on intel because I've never had amd but actually they are actually a little better from the price-performance ratio… The ryzen 5 2600 would be even for 143 euro to have, there's the question if I'm not for example, I would have found the AMD Ryzen 7 2700 for 223 euro. But I do not know enough about amd to judge that well.
Because of the graphics card, the Vega 56 will actually be the better choice if I want to play in wqhd. Of just over 200 euro, I did not find anything there, more between 250 and 300 euro. But it could be worth it, I think so.
Monitor with IPS panel I've on miser (thanks for the tip.) 3 found:
AOC Q27P1 with just under 250 euro
Phillips B-line 272B8QJEB at 222 euro (it even seems pretty cheap for wqhd and ips)
iiyama ProLite XUB2792QSU-B1 for 290 euro (that would be the pain threshold)
These monitors all have 60Hz and mediocre reaction times…
Now, of course, the question is whether the IPS panel makes up for it.
No problem!
AMD was (until Ryzen appeared) actually no alternative, but in the meantime make the Intel but really good competition.
A Ryzen 5 is actually sufficient, with the 7s are actually only more cores to it, but in games like Minecraft and Co does not really bring an advantage. The new CPUs available next month are said to bring more single-core performance, but that remains to be seen, as are the prices.
For the Vega 56 I would always stop by again, yesterday there was one for 219 euro.

As a monitor, I still found this one here with IPS and 75 Hz, which also seems to be very good:
https://geizhals.de/...cription=1
And this with VA and even 144 Hz.
Okay then rather Ryzen 5 2600, I thought so synonymous for the difference in price, the 7 is not worthwhile
The Samsung Monitor I like ansich very well, only is unfortunately and I have not seen height adjustable and that is always more of a requirement for me… I do not think that I can do without, because my table is rather low… Otherwise, but the real Perfect! I really can't decide.
To mindfactory I unfortunately have heard a lot of bad (regarding shipping, reliability etc). I'm rather insecure.
In any case, thanks for the tips! Then it's probably rather the Ryzen 5 2600 and the vega 56 … Should be priced on the same as the i5 and the 1060s come out but better performance. At the monitor, I'll just decide what I put the Prio, because for 250 euro you probably can't have everything.
This is of course difficult with the monitor, with you 75 Hz certainly sufficient. Unfortunately, the choice is very low… At 60Hz, you are more likely to find something with ergonomic functions.
Mindfactory can actually recommend without hesitation, now and then some parts are not in stock, although it is specified, but otherwise you can't go wrong there. Almost everyone who builds a PC orders its parts because it is simply the cheapest and from 0 o'clock also free of shipping.
In any case, the Vega 56 is, especially when undervolted, very powerful and at the level of a GTX 1070 ti.
OK thanks for the help! At the monitor, I'll still decide if I put on IPS and elsewhere have cut corners or even the TN panel take where else everything fits.
The Vega 56 will probably be and with mindfactory I think again.
Alright!
No problem.
