I would be cheated on Ebay classifieds, how do I get my money back?

I became a victim of an Ebay classified scam…

I bought a Nintendo switch for classified ads at a really humane price (300 euro). We wrote a little bit about the price and shipping. When I asked if I could have a picture of his ID and bank details, he sent me the pictures shortly afterwards. From then on I was no longer skeptical and transferred the money to the IBAN on the card. I was assured to send the package the next day after work. No answer since then…

Since I obviously have his data, how can I take action against him to get my money back? Court order or civil action?

Congratulations, you've just been cheated on. He probably took the pictures from someone and abused them.

Contact Ebay Support and tell them! If they don't help you, go to the police.
