For what reason are the Nintendo pages different?

I noticed that on the German side nothing of the new NES games can be seen. On the American side but all new games are listed

That's why I wonder why the pages are so different?

For what reason are the new NES games coming out in America on April 10th not mentioned on the German side?

Do these games even come out for the Switch in Germany or is that only for the US?

Otherwise: Both Nintendo sites are probably independent. Thus, the de and the com-side each manage a different group.
