Super Mario Remasters - True or April Fool's Day?

Apparently Super Mario Remasters for the Nintendo Switch should appear in the future, as I know from several sources. Unfortunately, the English articles are mostly from March 31, 2020 and the German articles from April 1, 2020. So now I don't know if it's an April Fool's Day? Some say yes, some say no. And there are also many sources that claim that it could be theoretically true. What do you all mean?

Coming soon is 50 years of Mario, something like that would fit. And I think there were even 5 different sources that announced it

Yes, Mario is 35 years old, but it would be obvious that it should be a joke if the game is released on April 1st, 2020. It would also have been hinted at in this year's E3 (which was already).

No, the game will not appear on April 1st, 2020, but the articles are roughly from March 31st, 2020 to April 2nd, 2020 :-)

Nope, this year's E3 was not and is not coming.
