I want to buy a new game for the Switch. I already own the following games:
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe
Super Mario Odyssey
Super Mario Maker 2
Luigi's Mansion 3
Spyro Reignited Trilogy
Pokemon sword
Now I thought of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Super Mario 3D All-Stars and Xenoblade Chronicles 2, but I can't decide which one to buy in the end.
I want to play all 3 games. I've never played Zelda, but since BOTW is always praised by gamers, I wanted to try a Zelda game. I only know one of the 3 games from Mario 3D All-Stars. Mario games are childhood and nostalgia for me, that's why I collect and play Mario games. The All-Stars will only be available to buy until tomorrow, if I've really noticed. With Xenoblade Chronicles 2 I think the graphics and optics of the game are really nice. I'm also interested in the story.
Can you help me make a decision Please explain your answer so that I can understand why I should buy the game you recommended.

Mot Botw you are not doing anything wrong. It meets every taste and you unintentionally spend many hours in the game and it's a lot of fun (especially when you try out glitches). And it is the first Zelda that is really open world. Open world games don't limit and that's a lot of fun.
