I know it's illegal blabla but out of curiosity I'm asking here if anyone would ever actually be charged for downloading Nintendo Rome.
Clear.
Who then?
The private user but not the provider.
Yes, but is a really big case known that someone was explicitly prosecuted by Nintendo games legally? I have only heard cases that the operators of the pages were prosecuted for spreading but never a private person who has downloaded the Roms.
I do not know it either. Could I well imagine that Nintendo will do that soon because they are currently stronger.
The police go to people who mistreat children / women, rob others, kill others, kidnap people, etc.
And who should itch to download you from Rome?
In short, no one's itchy.
But with VPN always better!
