I have a Wii you and I bought the Metroid Trilogy for it. Now you control there with Wii-Mote and Nunchuck. However, when controlling (aiming) in the corners of the screen, the controller often loses the connection and does not react to movements until I aim for the middle area again. Does any of you know that by chance and knows a solution? It behaves almost like a blind spot and totally annoys. It happens only with fast movements.
I play with 1-2m distance to the sensor, which is below the TV. The Wii-Mote remote is not an original because I ordered it through Amazon and the Nintendo logo is missing. Battery is half full. I swing the Wii-Mote with my wrist and not with my whole arm, so aim my way towards the corners and past the sensor. However, I'm still surprised, since you u.a. When Mario Kart holds the remote control completely parallel to the sensor and this can still detect the inclination.
Does anyone have experience? It can only be the sensor or the remote control. Or is my distance to the sensor not correct? Is this possibly normal for shooters?
I know it's hard to judge if you do not see the situation for yourself, but I'm looking forward to getting advice anyway.
In Mario Kart, the infrared sensor is not used, the motion sensors do that. Regarding the actual problem, it only happens in Metroid or for example. Also in the Wii menu?
In the menu, I would have noticed nothing, at the bottom of the pointer of Wiimote disappears, however, about 1-2cm in front of the edge, left and right, however, even with faster movements.
Have synonymous with another remote control (same Amazon product) and the sensor on the TV tried, same result. The control of the game is apparently advertised on the Internet and in the demo video, the player could easily aim quickly to the corners. The game is probably not.
