Why doesn't my switch boot up, is it broken?

No

I know there have been many who have had this problem, but I don't have exactly the same problem as most of them. If my switch is not connected to the power, it reacts to nothing at all, as do the controllers. The hard reset was also useless. If the Swich is in the docking station, the charging bar appears at the top left for 1-2 seconds (fully charged) and then it disappears for 2-3 seconds. Then it starts all over again. The green light on the station also lights up briefly and then not. When I try to start it up in handheld mode (power supply connected) or on the docking station, the Nintendo symbol appears and then the black screen appears. Then it shows the loading bar again. Moving soft resets and controllers far away were completely useless. I also let the console charge for a whole day. I've had the problem for a few days. I haven't used the console for months either

You can send it to Nintendo for repairs. Back then I had the problem that I couldn't play in the handheld, the games always crashed in the doc, but not. So I sent it in, the mainboard was replaced and I didn't have to pay anything for it. They can probably fix your problem too.

No

Was that within the warranty period?

It's already over with me. Or did they fix it on goodwill?
