Nintendo Switch does not boot up after backup restore #CFW only hikate funzt?

Hi, I think I need a working rawnand.bin. I had made a backup when my switch had the version http://tel:810. Then I officially updated it to http://tel:901. Unfortunately, it did not work anymore to start playing games that were previously installed with goldleaf. So I decided to restore my backup from the version http://tel:810. So I reintroduced my jig and started atmosphere (hekate http://tel:502 /) and under tools on full restore and first got the rawnand.bin. Restored and then boot0 and boot1. Unfortunately, the switch does not boot up anymore. Everything is black. But with the jig I come in atmosphere (hekatevhttp://tel:502). Unfortunately, a second and third time has brought nothing to restore the backup. What am I supposed to do now? I'm grateful for any help!
