Why is my only switch not my main console?

Yesterday I downloaded Just Dance 2021 from the eShop and actually annoyed myself for 4 hours with the activation of the Unlimited mode because it just doesn't activate. After this time I found out that my switch is not the main console. Which is actually impossible because I only have one switch 🤷♀️. Then I manually deactivated the main console via the Nintendo website and logged into the eShop again with my Switch. After that, the switch should automatically be saved as the main console, but it still did not. I'm really desperate and it has cost me a lot of time and nerves. What else can I do to solve the problem?

I think you have to set the switch in the e shop as the main console somewhere, I also had to do it somehow go to your profile in the top right corner of the shop and then look somewhere
