I put all the stickers on the surface of my Nintendo DSi about 5 years ago, but after all these years, these stickers don't look as good anymore. I tried to remove the stickers with a blow dryer and a lot of scratching, but I can't get them off. Does anyone have any tips on how to carefully and safely (and if I can) remove the stickers?
It should work with nail polish remover
Nail polish remover.
You can try it with propolis, which dissolves glue easily, but is expensive, (specially made for this, I discovered this property by accident). Apart from that, you can use the thinner, which will dissolve almost everything. But had to use carefully so that you do not damage anything.
Try baby wipes. It's amazing what you can wipe away with it. Adhesive residues from stickers usually create them easily.
I also remove stickers from Nintendos more often, I recently noticed a really good tool: Wd40! You know, it's kind of an oil. It may work with normal oil, but that's really great! Simply spray a little on the sticker, let it soak in (preferably 2-3 minutes), so that the sticker soaks up nicely, then you can easily peel it off!
And be careful with the hair dryer, it is definitely not good for the battery etc. And I would also let the scratching be, with violence you usually break more than necessary (own experience.).
