Nintendo switch Joycons vibrate strangely?

I got a switch the day before yesterday and therefore I don't know if it's normal that the Joycons vibrate so strangely. So when they vibrate, they make strange noises that are really uncomfortable in the ears - something sounds broken or defective. The vibration is also not like the Xbox controllers as I normally know them.

So mine vibrate normally.
But the vibro is not good for the Con's either. I can only recommend turning it off, because the electronics in there are so small and cramped that damage can quickly occur.
