How can you put funny screenshots or videos from the Switch on the Internet?

I'm a big Nintendo fan and have made a lot of screenshots and videos on the Nintendo Switch. And now I wanted to ask how to Can post on Instagram or something.

If you save the pictures and videos on the microSD card, you can remove them from the Nintendo Switch and simply connect them to a PC / laptop / tablet / smartphone. Then access the microSD card and publish the pictures / videos normally.
