Ebay customer threatening me?

hi

I sold my Nintendo on ebay (real ebay not classified ads)

the battery was replaced.

I wrote in the description that the Nintendo received a new battery. And that it is not an original Nintendo battery.

Now the buyer has asked after the purchase whether it is an original battery.

I said no.

he said he doesn't want to pick up the Nintendo now. (Or shipping - but it comes from the same city). He would have me banned now because it is a "fake Nintendo". Will ebay block me now?

Ar

No, eBay won't. Simply ignore.

Si

You have done nothing wrong. In the description you pointed out that the original battery is no longer installed - that's all you can do.

fa

He's crazy! Your description clearly states that the built-in battery is not original.

Take a lot of the Heini noticed that he didn't have the money for Nintendo and just tried to get out of the purchase obligation.

Just block it and finish.

dr

Wait a minute. If there's neither money nor he picks up the Nintendo in the next few days, just report it to Ebay.

Will ebay block me now?

No why?

You can of course sue for the purchase price, but is it worth it?

It makes more sense here:

First you have to put the buyer in default and then cancel the purchase contract by registered mail with a dated notice period, 10 days should be enough.

A failure to pay on eBay releases neither the buyer nor the seller from the purchase contract, because it was concluded according to the BGB.

And only then can you post the article again.

At the same time, you report an unpaid item to eBay within 32 days:

http://pages.ebay.de/help/sell/unpaid-items.html

You have to close the case yourself after four days, then the buyer will be warned, lose his right to evaluate and you will get your fees back.

Then put it on your blacklist:

And here you can exclude all bidders who have at least 2 warnings for not paying:
