Nintendo Switch / Download takes forever?

I wanted to download Fortnite again and otherwise it only takes 1-2 hours. But now all of a sudden it takes 5 hours and sometimes changes to 42 or 51 hours.

I've already tried the trick with the 1500 MTU, but then nothing works anymore.

What am I to do?

Maybe family members are using the internet right now?

Download server overloaded?

Maybe go closer to the router
