Nintendo Switch - old or new version?

I searched for classified ads for Nintendo Switch's on eBay.

I would now have the choice between a Nintendo Switch (2019) for 290 euro without a game, or a Nintendo Switch (old version) with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe as a CD for 260 euro.

The games also cost a lot - is the 2019 version worth the surcharge?

I would take the one with the game. On the 2019, there will be no guarantee that would justify the price. Lg Pflo
