I bought nintendo switch online but can't play in smash bros ultimate online there's always an error code 2618-0521 on someone knows why this is so?

Error codes usually tell you roughly what the problem is. That's why it makes sense if you do not hide it here.

Sometimes it goes with a certain character and all other 1vs 1 play z. Eg mobile games etc. Why is that?
