Minecraft content suddenly gone?

Huhu. We bought a couple of texture packs for Minecraft a couple of weeks ago, and a couple of world templates too. The whole thing ran on Nintendo Switch. We bought it there and activated it. But suddenly all content is gone or encrypted because we supposedly do not have the extension.
What could be the problem?

Are you still registered? If so, try logging out and logging in again and if it still doesn't work write to support (the easiest way is in English)
