No, I haven't played Minecraft on the switch yet, but the Switch doesn't have an Rtx capable graphics card, so you can't play with Rtx.
The Switch doesn't even have the power to perform RTX calculations, so there's no Minecraft RTX on the Switch

The switch is a console. And nothing can be changed with consoles!
