and I have the following problem, today I bought Minecraft for the Nintendo Switch with the expectation to get the "Nintendo Switch Edition" with the Battle Mini-Games instead I got the "Bedrock Edition" which was not marked as this. To come to my question, is it possible to downgrade this version to the "Nintendo Switch Edition" in any way? Respectively. Is there a way for me to get the Nintendo Switch Edition at all because it is no longer available in the Nintendo E-Shop?

It does not work. They took the switch version down, no one plays the mini games anymore.
