Can you use brands such as Sell Lego as a small business owner with small business rules?

I would probably have a fairly simple question, but unfortunately I generally can't find the right answer. If I have registered a small business with small business regulations, with activities "Sale of new and used goods, sale of royalty-free goods of all kinds, toys, costume jewelry, hobby supplies etc… ", I can then use brands such as Lego, Playmobil, Nintendo… Sell?

First, there's no small business and no small business. Commercial law does not know that. What you always mean is, as you wrote yourself: the small business regulation according to §19 UstG.

And as a trader, you can of course sell Lego and other branded products with the small business regulations if you have obtained them legally.

Thank you in advance for the answer. So do you think I do not need any approval or the like (except of course the trade etc.) and should theoretically be able to buy new Lego, ovp and resell via a commercial Ebay shop e.g?
