Can I sell branded and themed items with a small business scheme?

I registered a small business regulation last year and asked the following question about sales:

I would have found tin signs at wholesalers on which brands and topics such as Nintendo, Zelda, beverage brands, car brands are depicted (not original from the manufacturer, but from Asian wholesalers).

Now I ask myself whether I can sell this without having to expect a warning or a penalty?
