Account Nintendo Switch?

I have a question.

I have 3rd account and 2 are connected to Nintendo e-shop. Unfortunately, I forgot the password for the first account (where I played the most) and the account (I think deleted) can somehow recreate the account now or make another account without the game hours or games disappear?

I've played so much that I do not want to lose the other hand, I do not come to the e-shop for online service. I can buy the games at the second account and then gamble. On the first account I need online service.

Does anyone know if I can delete the account and add another without losing the game hours? Or somehow it can?

PS: Already tried to reset the password is not because the phone that I used earlier with the account is gone.

Does anyone have a solution?
