I have a problem with my switch. Actually two problems.
Today I downloaded the Nintendo switch online app and wanted to log in there with my Nintendo Accound, which worked so far, but then the app showed me this: (quote from the app)
This account is not linked to your Nintendo Switch console.
You can link your Nintendo Account to your Nintendo Switch console via the user page in the console itself. Select your user icon in the top left corner of the console's HOME menu to go to the user page.
So that's problem 1, I only have a Nintendo Account and I'm also signed in with it (otherwise I couldn't gamble, right?)
Then I thought to myself, I'll take a look at what I find there on my user page. I'm on it, then on user settings and then on "check account / account information". And there's my problem 2: when I clicked on it I received a typical error message with the error code "2168-0002". I restarted my console and then tried again, the message again… And this another 5 times…
I hope you have a solution, I think both problems are somehow related…
