How can I make friends at Brawlhalla on the Switch?

I have a question about making friends at Brawlhalla.

For years I played at Brawlhalla on the PC via Steam and also have a clan with friends.

A week ago my mother bought a Nintendo Switch and I saw that there's Brawlhalla there too.

I have no problem starting over, my only problem is that I can't send friend requests or join the clan to my friends with whom I have played on the PC. Could someone help me? This is how it looks for me on the switch
