Selling Nintendo 2DS with installed games?

I want to sell my Nintendo 2DS. When I bought it 3 years ago, I received a code to download Super Mario Bros. The game is now on the Nintendo. Now I want to sell my console and play with it. I do not need the game anymore. But now I'm afraid that there are still some data left from me. I searched everything in the settings of the Nintendo e-shop but found nothing. Can this be?
