Can I give my things away to father?

I have had no contact with my father or his new wife for 3 years and therefore the court decided that the contact should only be made by me. I had a furnished room with my father with my things and now I have learned that something has been given away and I assume that he gave away all my things, maybe sold them too. (Nintendo Wii, PC, lots of books, money box with pocket money, etc., everything was given to me or bought from me) I actually wanted to wait until I was 18 and then pick up these things. I'm interested in whether he is allowed to do this, can I take action against him?

Fl

Usually not

But first ask if everything is really gone

(Especially personal things like photos and so he mustn't give away)

Se

The things are your property so he really shouldn't.

Thank you

Thank you

Take legal action against him, what does that bring?
In my opinion you have a deadline after the ban on contact where you can / should pick up your things. He is not obliged to keep the years and he is not allowed to contact him on his own… He could charge you for the storage

Should have asked directly in court how you do it that you can pick up your things and not 3 years later…

But that's just my opinion now

I as a father would have sent it to you. But you are not obliged to do so
