How do I remove an Epic account from my Switch that I no longer have access to?

Hi have a switch and can't play fortnite because an old account is connected all the time.

I have taken the following measures.

- Removed the Epic Account via Nintendo

Memory data purchase of the switch deleted

-Try to log in with the new Epic account (it doesn't work because another account is apparently connected) - but logs in with the old fortnite account anyway.

What can I do?
