No you can't get purple for both sides (unless there's a Nintendo Switch Bundle like Mario Odyssey [Both Joycons Red]) Otherwise it is not possible. Except vlt. You buy fakes. But not recommended.

The Joy con cases are not from Nintendo itself (at least I have not seen any from Nintendo yet). Personally, I have not bought any housing yet but a colleague of mine. They still worked like before. But it can also happen that one breaks. That's why not recommended.
