What can I do to make my Wii U work again?

I recently unpacked my Wii you and wanted to play The Legend of Zelda BOTW again. After about an hour of playing I got an error message with the error code: 160-0103.
I then went to the Nintendo support site to see what I could do. I've followed all of the steps listed. After I performed the third step and wanted to download the update data again, my Wii U crashed.

When I switched it on again (the blue LED lit up), my television no longer received a signal from the console, nor was the gamepad able to connect to the console.

I tried to see if it was due to the HDMI cable, it doesn't.

The Wii you is properly connected and the gamepad is not damaged.

Personally, I think it must be the console, but I don't know how to get on at this point.

I'm open to suggestions.

But I don't know how to get on at this point.

If you still have a "manufacturer warranty" (12 months?) On the device, you can try it at Nintendo Customer Service.

One likes to "skip" the worst case, because it can't be what shouldn't be, so the console may have an irreparable defect.

And since you have already done everything to correct Part 1 of the error description, "This error code indicates that your system is not up to date…", only Part 2 remains

Error code 160-0103 What does this error code mean?

… Or the memory of the Wii you is damaged.

Here is another thread about this error code.

If the warranty has expired, you might still try to open the device and let a fan blow over the circuit board in the hope that the memory won't get too warm due to the cooling, but that's about it.

The guarantee is no longer valid. I bought the Wii U in October 2015.

I have already carried out all the steps from the support side and, as I said, after carrying out the third, my problem occurred.

I would have to try that with the fan, but I need a special screwdriver, which I have to get myself first.
