I have on December 25th A Nintendo Switch ordered to be picked up and paid for with PayPal, yesterday morning I received a pick-up confirmation e-mail including an invoice that I can pick up the device.
When trying to collect it, however, it was said that it was not ready for collection yet, apart from the fact that I wasted a whole hour in the queue that went across the parking garage (goods issue) just to hear it. And the employee on the computer told me no more and no less, "that it is not finished yet and he does not know why I have just received an email to be picked up", and so I was sent out again to ask the next one ask in.
An answer to my questions, yes, when can I queue up again or whether I would get another email at all, when it is really ready, I did not get, despite multiple inquiries.
So yesterday evening I checked the app again and suddenly it said "Order was picked up", I called MediaMarkt immediately and the colleague on the phone also said that it wasn't in the system, that it was ready to be picked up, so write to the market and they will reply "within 24 hours"… Should I console myself now that I can only expect it on January 4th, 2021 at the earliest, or should I just queue up again today?
To be on the safe side, go back in line today, otherwise you have to wait until the 4th
I would be up to 4.1. Waiting. Or do you need the part so badly?
It was intended as a gift (it's already a few days overdue) and, despite the holidays, I just thought that ordering something to be picked up wouldn't take almost 2 weeks.
I will probably do the same, thanks for the quick reply.
