Media Markt show sellers because of false information?

I wanted to buy a new Ps4 controller in Media Markt today. So I asked a salesperson if they still had any, he then said that there was none, but with a Ps5 controller the normal connection as with the Ps4 controller is only possible without the vibration sensor. I wanted to try it out at home and it didn't work out! Now I went back to the market and asked if I could exchange it. The saleswoman said annoyed "Nope, you have no right to exchange it"

Now I ask myself whether I should display Media Markt? The man? Just buy a Ps5?

What I have now seen on YouTube is a lot about remote play gambling which I would not be ready for. There's a significant delay and I'm used to different things…

I mean, I'm 16 and 65 euro is not exactly little money for me. Another 60 euro to order a new one from Amazon, I honestly wouldn't be willing to pay.

any tips? Should I go again? Hope for another saleswoman?

Thanks in advance.

And sorry for my spelling mistakes, I'm not the best at spelling.

Go

So by no means show them, that would be naive. Go there again (be friendly), normally they are happy to help you because they want to win customers and not get rid of them. Find a nice employee who understands this. Otherwise, just tell the other people to stay away from such a rip-off shop

Yes i will go again tomorrow…

the money is gone anyway

It would be pretty mean to want to advertise a seller for something like this. You should just clarify the matter with the store management. And if that doesn't work either - apprenticeship.

Sy

An advertisement will fizzle out, since "oral" statements can never be certified and proven in a legally secure manner.

I would rather urge you to exchange, as you would have been given wrong information and it would not be fully compatible.
If necessary, I would take someone with me who may be more eloquent and can help you with that.

Lo

There and swap.

Make pressure.

This is a deviation of the actual state from the target state.

He sold it and promised it would work on the PS5.

But nothing works, is unacceptable, you want to convert the purchase.

It's not a crime, it's civil law.

You don't have to accept that. In principle, you have no right of exchange for goods bought in the market, but this does not apply to defective goods. You can of course complain about them and you are entitled to a replacement. If I consider that a lack of instructions for use is equated with a defect, this will also be the case with an item that you bought in trust that the seller's promise was correct, but that does not have the promised property.

The owner must allow the wrong advice from his employee to be attributed. Talk to the owner and describe the situation to him as you described it above. Perhaps a conversation with the seller and the announcement that you will contact his supervisor if necessary is enough.
